Add contents of seasoning mix to canola oil in the zip top bag and mix well. Add four tubes of crackers. Seal bag with lots of air in it. Toss crackers in bag every 10-15 minutes and repeat for one hour to evenly coat crackers. Let crackers rest at least four hours or overnight for best taste.
Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney’s glaze. Serve with crackers or chips.
