Captain Rodney’s Cheese Bake

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8oz package cream cheese
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 6 Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ½ cup of any Captain Rodney’s Glaze (available at Linda’s Hallmark)

Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney’s glaze. Serve with crackers or chips.

Savory Saltines

  • 1 packet of Savory Saltine Seasoning Mix (available at Linda’s Hallmark)
  • 1 box of Premium Saltine Crackers (4 tubes)
  • 1 ¾ cups of canola oil
  • 1 2-gallon size zip top plastic bag

Add contents of seasoning mix to canola oil in the zip top bag and mix well. Add four tubes of crackers. Seal bag with lots of air in it. Toss crackers in bag every 10-15 minutes and repeat for one hour to evenly coat crackers. Let crackers rest at least four hours or overnight for best taste.
